I then email samsung again and was told to try unlocking in another browser. All the time I tried I was using Chrome but to no avail. I then tried this in Internet Explorer and voila!
So when trying this app, which does work as my phone is now unlocked and working as normal, please please save yourself the headache of trying it in Chrome as it WONT work.
