My bf ignores me so I ignore him too. We don't do anything. He never wants to have sex and before it would hurt my feelings a lot but now I'm fine with not having sex with him as much anymore. Maybe I just don't care. Life is becoming really stale.
At work I kept noticing this other guy who looks kinda like my bf only because I kept thinking it was my bf lol. But the other guy noticed me too and would smile. It kept happening frequently and it was funny at first but now it is becoming intense and very awkward only cause I became aware of me staring at him. I developed a major crush because of this and now get really awkward around him. He won't say anything to me so I feel like I need to say something.
I'm really shy and I can really only talk to my bf. I have asked my bf what his name was and my bf told me. I try not to ask any more questions about this other guy because ive already asked three times about him and my bf will wonder why do I care. I think I'm losing it. Every morning I am excited to go to work just so I can be around this other guy in hopes that we will talk. It has become a fear for me to go home and not be at work with this other guy.
I wonder what he does on the weekends and if he thinks about me too. Maybe I'm horrible but I can't stop thinking about him and I don't really feel guilty if I'm thinking about him while having sex with my bf.

So what if you're bored? Maybe you're the one who's boring. Set up a separate email address. One of the easiest and sloppiest ways to get caught having an affair is to leave evidence of it around in easily accessible places. Create a new email address used only to communicate with the person or people you are cheating with. If you also use this account as a burner account for online updates or to catch spam, it will feel normalized. You want there to be a certain level of anxiety attached to this account.
