I want this too. I want my phone to repeat my last text message and keep me updated. A text can wait while driving. Change it from When Unlocked to Always. Turn off the unlock to preview messages. Then Siri should read them out loud.
I'm saying just use your damn fingers or push that little microphone and speak what you want to text I get it Siri sucks and they can't get the messages spoken them. And I'm saying give it up, Siri is useless and just look with their eyes. Just look at the damn phoooone!!! Siri is no better than manual usuage.
